The Mahlkönig DK27 industrial unit is a top-of-the-line solution for premium pre-ground coffee production, with a capacity ranging from 230kg to 300kg per hour. It is designed for continuous operation and is a perfect fit for automated production lines. The unit boasts outstanding grinding quality, thanks to its wear-resistant premium burrs and very powerful three-phase motors with surface cooling and high starting torque. 

The unit also has service-free, constantly greased bearings and two additional fans to cool the motor, ensuring reliable performance even under heavy use. Additionally, it comes with a ground material container with a capacity of 200 litres.
