With front mounted controls, the BM21 is able to accommodate two 150mm deep half-sized gastronorm pans or up to four 7.5 litre pots whilst making the most efficient use of limited space - ideal for mobile catering, events or commercial kitchen use. Made from durable stainless steel, the Roband Bain-Marie is robust as well and easy to use, whether in wet heat or dry heat mode. Please note: gastronorm pans sold separately.
