Made from durable stainless steel, the Roband Bain-Marie is robust as well as easy to use, whether in wet heat or dry heat mode. A built-in tap allows for easy drainage.

The double sink tank can accommodate two 150mm deep half-sized gastronorm pans or up to four 7.5 litre pots, the BM2E is ideal for mobile catering, events or commercial kitchen use. This Roband countertop bain marie comes supplied with two 7.5 litre stainless steel serving pots.
