Keep your food at the optimum heated temperature with this Roband heat `n¿ hot glass door display. The black Roband Heat 'n' Hold fits up to 8 standard 18" (737 x 457 mm) wire bakers racks that can each accommodate 2x 1/1 gastronorm pans. An easy-fill humidity trays to help maintain food condition, crumb trays for easy cleaning.

The inside of this Roband food warmer can be accessed from both sides. The control side has lift-off hinged doors which allow for easy loading food and end-of-day cleaning. Whilst the display side has sliding glass doors providing quick access for customers.

A stainless-steel construction provides a high durability, whilst the interior is insulated preventing heat from escaping during use. The high temperature lights are easily replaceable when needed, and the adjustable feet allows the height of the food display to be changed for optimum viewing.

Dual elements and dual fans provide a consistent, even oven temperature, enabling the food to be kept on display longer without degrading quality. With a dual thermostat function and timer control, the Heat 'n' hold has both a holding temperature thermostat and pre-heating thermostat, so you can know when your food warmer is ready to use.

The holding temperature provides a consistent temperature throughout operation. Whilst the pre-heating temperature can be set to a higher temperature and operated by setting the timer (for up to 90 minutes). After the pre-heating time has elapsed, the Heat 'n' Hold display then reverts control to the holding temperature thermostat.
